Huxley is seeking a Project Manager for Critical Communications Infrastructure in Belgium to lead telecom and infrastructure modernization programs across partner teams and external suppliers. This role requires coordinating cross-functional groups to ensure project success and service continuity in mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate brings strong PM experience in telecom or IT infrastructure, excellent stakeholder management, and familiarity with governance frameworks such as

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in telecom or critical environments.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• PMI/PMBOK or Prince2 knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable ensuring service continuity in critical operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead telecom and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, engineering teams, suppliers, and consortium partners.
• Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate field engineering activities and deployments.
• Ensure uninterrupted service during migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support bid and tender activities (RFP/RFQ).
• Apply PMI / PMBOK project management methodologies.
