ATB Therapeutics in Ghent is seeking a Senior Technician to join the Cell Biology Team. You will execute experiments, report data, and help develop and set up new assays while supporting day-to-day lab operations.

The role requires a scientific degree with 5+ years of experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, and related assays, plus strong English and communication skills. The company offers a competitive salary and benefits in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Science degree (Bachelor or Master) with at least 5 years of industry or academic experience.
• Experience in cell culture and cell-based assays.
• Experience with flow cytometry; primary cells is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute experiments and report data within the Cell Biology Team.
• Develop and set up new assays; support lab operations.
• Prepare technical documents (protocols, reports) within the Quality Management System.
• Review technical documents for accuracy; participate in investigations.
• Support Lab Manager by ensuring lab readiness, safety and equipment function.
