A leading contract research organization in Belgium is seeking a Laboratory Technician – Cell Culture to support bioassays crucial for innovative therapies. You will perform cell passages, process analytical data, and prepare necessary reagents. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background equivalent to BAC+2 or BAC+3, solid knowledge of cell amplification processes, and experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. This position offers a collaborative atmosphere, continuous development, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, GMP/BPF settings or regulatory frameworks (HACCP, ISO).

Responsabilités

  • Performing cell passages to support a range of bioassays.
  • Processing analytical data to ensure reliable and well‑documented results.
  • Drafting clear and accurate analysis reports.
  • Preparing reagents, solutions and buffers required for assays.

As a Laboratory Technician – Cell Culture, you will play a key role in supporting the bioassays that drive the development of innovative therapies. By ensuring cell culture operations and reliable analytical preparation, you will directly contribute to the advancement of medicines that may one day change lives. You will join a team of 5–6 dedicated colleagues, led by the Technical Leader Bioassays, working together to accelerate safe access to innovative treatments.
