Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to define and implement processes, capture and structure requirements, and coordinate architecture across multidisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, traceability, and collaboration on complex, safety-critical projects.

Fluent French is required, with on-site presence at least four days per week. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in systems engineering, familiarity with DOORS or Polarion, and proficiency in SysML/UML.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
• Strong expertise in requirements definition, management and traceability.
• Experience with DOORS, Polarion or an equivalent requirements management tool.
• Good knowledge of SysML and/or UML.
• Proven ability to work on complex, multidisciplinary systems.
• Strong coordination, communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, railway or another safety-critical industry is highly valued.
