skeyes is seeking a System Engineer to ensure critical infrastructure and storage operate optimally and securely. You will focus on monitoring, Active Directory security, and virtualized infrastructure to keep air traffic control systems available 24/7.

You will design, deploy and support system solutions, improve monitoring and performance, and contribute to capacity planning. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is valued; security screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience as a System Engineer in a large-scale IT environment involving critical systems and networks.
• Strong knowledge of identity & access management (PAM, IAM, Directory services) and AD security.
• Experience with monitoring using Nagios and virtualized infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems.
• Develop, secure and manage AD, access control and resilience of services.
• Lead virtualization initiatives and manage storage ecosystems (SAN/NAS/DAS) and backup/DR processes.
• Provide third-line support and analyze root causes of system issues.
