Job summary
KPMG Belgium is seeking an IT Strategy and Operating Model consultant in Zaventem to drive digital transformation across key sectors. You will lead IT strategy, design target operating models, and guide transformation roadmaps within a high-impact advisory team.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics, informatics, engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years in IT strategy/IT Audit & GRC/IT Governance/IT Sourcing and SIAM/ITSM.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; consulting experience is an advantage.
- Certifications such as Cobit, ITIL, TOGAF are assets.
Responsibilities
- Define IT strategy and target operating model and support rollout.
- Shape vision for Digital & IT Strategy and Transformation.
- Evaluate and design IT target operating models and governance structures.
- Develop clear transformation roadmaps and governance models.
- Guide outsourcing strategies and optimize service delivery.
- Assess architecture landscape and provide pragmatic recommendations.
- Ensure QA in technology transformations and risk management.
- Identify business opportunities and support go-to-market activities.
- Supervise and coach project teams for successful delivery.
