Euroclear in Brussels is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager to help define and execute the Corporate Strategy agenda across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with ExCo mandates on strategy, capital markets and related topics.

You will monitor industry trends, advise on strategic decisions, and support investor communication in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and support execution of Euroclear's Corporate Strategy in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competition to advise strategic decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in development and execution of strategic projects.
• Set up and run major projects based on ExCo mandates related to strategy and capital markets.
• Support strategic planning and investor communication with Finance and stakeholders.
