Euroclear is seeking a strategic leader to define and execute its corporate strategy in collaboration with senior management. You will monitor market trends, lead cross-functional teams on key projects, and drive capital markets initiatives across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record in strategic consulting and finance. This position offers international exposure within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in corporate strategy or strategic consulting (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman), preferably in financial services.
• Background from leading strategy consultancy, ideally with senior roles such as Senior Associate, Junior Manager, or Manager.
• Experience developing business strategies and action plans.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leadership: Support definition and execution of Euroclear’s Corporate Strategy agenda with senior management.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition to advise strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in strategic projects.
• Major Projects Management: Set-up and run major projects based on ExCo mandates related to strategy and capital markets.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning and investor communications with Finance and stakeholders.
