Euroclear is seeking a data and transformation analyst for its Legal, Governance & Regulatory division. You will translate business needs into scalable, well-controlled solutions across Corporate Governance, Legal and Regulatory Relationship activities.

You will lead data-driven governance reporting, automate processes, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams and external providers to ensure risk, controls and benefits are clearly managed.

Qualifications

• Experience using technology and automation to improve processes and efficiency.
• Background in large financial services organisations.
• Strong data management, analytics, visualization, reporting, and database experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with macros, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of automated tools, dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions.
• Strong project management including planning, testing, implementation and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and output quality.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies; knowledge of Euroclear governance frameworks and/or Sirion CLM is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and implementation of a Corporate Governance KPI framework and reporting dashboard.
• Map and challenge current processes, identify root causes and improvements, design standardized target processes before automation.
• Enhance governance reporting with data-driven insights to strengthen oversight and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a centralized stakeholder management platform for governance activities and communications.
• Drive digital transformation of Board and Committee planning through automation and workflow optimization.
• Design and implement automated Legal and Regulatory Watch solutions for regulatory developments and insights.
• Develop a Legal Intake and Self-Service Advisory Portal to streamline legal requests and improve stakeholder experience.
• Support evolution of Sirion CLM by analyzing needs, proposing solutions, and providing end-user training including Agentic AI.
