Siemens Software in Belgium seeks an expert Product Manager to extend MBSE offerings, strengthen collaboration capabilities, and bridge MBSE with other solutions in our portfolio. You will shape how computational notebooks are used inside and outside MBSE, driving more technical computing into this space and translating customer needs into intuitive features.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Product management or related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
• Ability to create engaging presentations, videos and product communications that clearly convey complex concepts.
• Ability to lead multicultural, globally distributed teams, regardless of reporting structure.
• Experience with MBSE tools and methodologies.
• Experience in engineering design, simulation, or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product management approaches is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from a return on investment and build vs. buy perspective
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Specify and drive the product roadmap for MBSE in Simcenter
• Create product strategy documents that describe cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and return on investment
• Develop the requirements/user stories and collaborate with product development throughout the product lifecycle
• Review with development the best technical implementation
• Create mock-ups, develop demonstrators and training material
• Work with the research organization together with the product development team to solve technical challenges
• Create and communicate the differentiating positioning of the product offering
• Champion the offering to internal and external interested parties
• Engage with customers in sales, training, and feedback sessions
