F5 Networks, Inc. in Belgium is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to drive new business by identifying products, solutions and services that meet customer needs while shaping sales strategies and providing deep technical guidance through the sales cycle.

You will design complex, integrated solutions for strategic clients, mentor other engineers, and engage with executives to align solutions with long-term goals. Hybrid work and a strong compensation package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years pre-sales IT experience in the IT industry, expertise in networking, application delivery, security, cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Expert level understanding of Web Protocols and application architectures (HTTP/TLS/SSL).
• Strong ability to design complex, integrated solutions for strategic clients.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement technical strategies that support the overall sales objectives of the organization.
• Act as a thought leader in the industry, representing the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
• Lead the design of highly complex, integrated solutions that address the unique challenges of strategic clients.
• Mentor other solutions engineers, providing guidance on complex technical and strategic issues.
• Engage with strategic clients at the executive level to understand their long-term goals and align solutions accordingly.
