Job summary

ITS Group is seeking an experienced F5 Network & Security Engineer to join our Belgium team. You will design, implement and operate F5 BIG-IP infrastructures across client's data-centre environments, ensuring secure application delivery, load balancing and high availability.

The role requires hands-on expertise in F5 BIG-IP solutions (LTM, APM, Advanced WAF), SSL/TLS and iRules, plus strong network security knowledge. Remote/hybrid work options and a dynamic, client-facing setting are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, electronics, telecommunications or equivalent technical experience.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Design load-balancing and high-availability architectures.
• Design and implement F5 BIG-IP solutions for application delivery and network traffic management.
• Configure and administer virtual servers, pools, monitors, and SSL profiles.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot iRules.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, SSL offloading and encryption.
• Deploy and manage Web Application Firewall policies using F5 Advanced WAF.
• Integrate authentication and access-management services using F5 APM.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning and service optimization.
• Support incident, problem and change-management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
