Spektrum is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture development for complex projects across NATO-related defence domains. You will establish standards, drive architecture consistency, and coordinate across multiple initiatives to meet security, privacy and performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with architecture modelling languages and systems integration.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related discipline with 5+ years post-related experience, or a Bachelor’s with 8+ years.
Proven experience leading technical teams and architecture development.
Experience with design methods, systems integration and architecture modelling.
Knowledge of QA practices and security-by-design in development.
Familiarity with mobile infrastructure and current/future wireless trends.

Responsabilités

Lead the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with requirements.
Establish policies and practices for selection of architecture components.
Coordinate and manage target architecture across projects.
Communicate decisions to stakeholders and maintain design standards.
Ensure security, privacy and quality targets are met in systems development.
Oversee network design considerations and cross-project alignment.
