Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the design of comprehensive architectures for digital solutions across Europe. You will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate technologies, and create architectural artifacts ensuring scalability, security and reliability.

Key responsibilities include defining integration patterns, API standards and governance, and guiding development teams through secure coding practices and threat modelling.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience in systems and software architecture design.
• 10 years of experience using microservices architecture and API management to design modular solutions.
• 10 years of experience with IBM DB2, FileNet or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• 15 years of experience in enterprise applications and middleware.
• 10 years of experience using networking concepts and protocols.
• 10 years of experience using observability and monitoring practices.
• 10 years of experience using architecture governance and documentation practices.
• 10 years of experience translating architectures into business language.
• 10 years of experience adjusting architectures to emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive business and technical architectures for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts (C4, API contracts, data models, threat models).
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews for enterprise standards and OWASP guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and technical challenges.
• Assess emerging technologies and provide leadership to development teams.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and API standards for coherent system interactions.
• Incorporate observability and resiliency patterns into designs.
