Job summary
Johnson & Johnson’s SoliD group in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director to advance solid formulation and process development for synthetic compounds. Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Bioengineering or Chemical Engineering – or a Master’s plus equivalent experience.
- Deep experience in solid formulation and process development for synthetic compounds.
- Track record across preclinical formulations, developability assessments, clinical development, scale-up and tech transfer.
Responsibilities
- Advance formulation and process development for synthetic molecules.
- Explore new drug delivery systems and technologies.
- Create patient-centred products and fresh IP.
- Run technology transfers and deliver regulatory submissions.
- Lead and mentor the SoliD team and align programmes with CMC objectives.
