EY is seeking a Developer within the Tax Technology Office to design, build and safeguard platforms that power Tax & Law's technology ecosystem. You’ll balance speed, quality and sustainability while coaching teammates and shaping architecture decisions.

You’ll apply hands-on development with leadership, focusing on scalable, secure, and auditable software delivery across global EY teams and client missions, including AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years building and maintaining business-critical applications.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications and platforms.
• Define and challenge technical standards, coding practices and architectural decisions.
• Lead complex development initiatives from design through deployment.
• Coach and mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure knowledge is documented and shared across the team.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native engineering practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and EY teams on strategic technology decisions.
• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve software delivery.
