Job summary

NISH Tech BV is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead end-to-end development, implementation and ITSM transformation in a telecom environment. You will design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs and Service Portal.

You will work closely with stakeholders, architects and project managers, mentoring juniors and supporting upgrades.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA Certification held.
• Strong ITSM module expertise and platform customization.
• Experience developing scoped/custom ServiceNow apps.
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with MID Server and Scripted REST APIs.
• Experience with LDAP, SAML and OAuth integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.

About the Role

NISH Tech BV is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead end-to‑end ServiceNow development, implementation and ITSM transformation initiatives for a telecom environment. The role combines hands‑on platform development, solution architecture, enterprise integrations and process automation, with a strong focus on delivering scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

You will design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs and Service Portal. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and project managers, while conducting code reviews, supporting platform upgrades and mentoring junior developers. The role also requires strong expertise in ITSM, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP integrations and identity integrations such as LDAP, SAML and OAuth, alongside a solid understanding of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
