VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support the COO Service Portfolio and Catalogue Management (SPCM).

The role is based in Belgium and requires NATO Secret clearance and strong project management experience. Responsibilities include delivering projects within scope, time, cost, and quality tolerances, maintaining plans, and mobilising resources to meet milestones in a large, international context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years post-related experience, or 10 years progressive expertise.
• Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMI PMP.
• Recent experience (≥5 years) in project management for large, international organizations.

Responsabilités

• Managing projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality tolerances.
• Developing and maintaining project and resource plans, as well as detailed stage plans, in compliance with NCIA directives and project management best practices.
• Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
