Vector Synergy is a prime contractor for NATO and EU agencies, currently seeking a Project Support Officer with NATO Secret clearance. Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium (relocation required).

This is a B2B contract with duties centered on maintaining the master project plan and generating milestone trackers for leadership review. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with scheduling tools, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 for collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with project scheduling tools and cost tracking.
• Advanced Excel with pivots, lookups, and conditional formatting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools for document management and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the master project plan and detailed schedules in the agreed planning tool; update progress weekly from workstream leads, and flag slippage or critical path risks to the Project Manager.
• Prepare look‑ahead schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers for use in project board meetings and team briefings.
• Support re‑planning exercises at stage boundaries or when approved changes require a revised baseline.

Currently, we are looking for a Project Support Officer with NATO Secret security clearance.

Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium (relocation required)

Security Clearance: NATO Secret (mandatory)

Contract: B2B

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools, ideally Microsoft Project and ServiceNow;
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and the ability to build and maintain cost trackers and resource models;
• Confident user of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) for document management, collaboration, and reporting.

Duties/role:
