HCLTech is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end service delivery for a trading and risk management platform in Brussels. You will act as the main accountable liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors, ensuring quality and governance across Development, UAT and Production environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT service delivery within financial services, strong ITIL and incident/change management skills, and experience

Qualifications

10+ years in IT service delivery or production support in finance.
Experience managing service delivery for trading/risk platforms (Sophis, Murex, Calypso, Summit).
Strong ITIL knowledge and change governance experience.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end service delivery across Development, UAT and Production environments.
Ensure service quality, SLAs and OLAs adherence.
Lead service review meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Maintain governance, escalation processes and operational docs.
Manage major incidents including P1/P2, coordinating across teams.
Drive root-cause analysis and problem management to reduce incidents.
Govern change management and CAB processes for changes, upgrades, patches.
Prepare runbooks, implementation and rollback plans before production changes.
Coordinate vendors and SLAs with Sophis/Murex vendors.
Collaborate with trading, risk and operations stakeholders; report metrics.
