Job summary

Catalay is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the management of new projects from studies and proposal preparation through to execution, acceptance, and commissioning. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and co-contractors to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, technical requirements, and contractual commitments.

The two Assistant Project Managers support him/her in the follow-up and execution of projects, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or CS field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design and installation of security systems.
• Strong ability to coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project studies, proposals, execution, acceptance, and commissioning.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and co-contractors.
• Monitor deadlines, budget, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on project documentation and reports.
• Ensure reporting to Site Manager and client representatives.
