Job summary

Alstom is looking for a Program/Project Cybersecurity Manager to oversee cybersecurity for mainline projects. The role includes defining security plans, performing risk analyses, and guiding engineers through secure design and testing processes.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, ensure alignment with standards, and manage cybersecurity activities across the project lifecycle to deliver robust protections for critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
• Experience with cybersecurity deployment and security technologies.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and work with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the Project Cybersecurity Management plan following Alstom processes.
• Analyze project security needs and determine security objectives and risk strategy.
• Plan security activities across the project lifecycle, estimate costs and durations.
• Manage the Project Cybersecurity deliverables and architecture allocations.
• Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities.
• Obtain agreement from Project/Customer on security measures to implement.
• Liaise with platform teams to define suitable solutions.
• Cascade requirements to suppliers and manage third-party risks.
• Define Cybersecurity Operating Procedures and evaluate project cybersecurity levels.
