Spektrum in Belgium is seeking experienced professionals to design, implement and optimise secure SATCOM networks for defence and allied clients. The role emphasises SATCOM architecture, SD-WAN integration, and end-to-end service design across hybrid environments.

You will design, deploy, and troubleshoot SATCOM and terrestrial networks, including VLANs, Layer 2/3 services, and performance optimisation in demanding operational contexts.

Qualifications

• SATCOM network design and architecture knowledge.
• Experience with SD-WAN and hybrid networks.
• Experience in IP networking, routing and switching.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise to design, integrate, operate and optimise SATCOM network architectures.
• Support the design and evolution of SATCOM topologies (hub-and-spoke, mesh, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint).
• Support integration and management of hybrid SATCOM services, including military and commercial SATCOM capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise across network connectivity, including IP networking, routing and switching, transmission systems and security.
