VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. seeks a Network Operations Analyst to provide first- and second-line support for complex network services in Brussels, Belgium. The role requires a CCNP and extensive hands-on experience with SD-Access and datacentre networking, including ACI.

Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and supporting deployment, asset refresh, and project work in a NATO-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4 years post-related experience.
• Valid Cisco Certified Network Professional certification.
• At least four years support experience with Campus (SD-Access) and Datacentre network systems (ACI).

Responsabilités

• Delivering first- and second-line operational support for network services.
• Monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure.
• Supporting infrastructure deployment, asset replacement, and technology refresh projects.
