Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior SAS Developer/Consultant to join our client-site BI/DWH team. You will develop, maintain and support SAS-based applications and data processing solutions for a large portfolio of public-sector clients.

The role requires 5+ years in SAS with SAS Base, DATA Step, PROC SQL and SAS Macro, plus experience integrating SAS with Oracle and PostgreSQL. Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with English documentation comprehension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAS development in DWH environments.
• Expertise in SAS Base: DATA Step, PROC SQL and Macro.
• Experience with Excel, XML and JSON files.
• Experience integrating SAS with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Strong ETL concepts and data integration experience.
• Ability to analyze, maintain and optimize SAS applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements with analysts.
• Develop, test, and maintain SAS Base applications and data processing programs.
• Contribute to ETL development, enhancement and optimization.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
• Ensure maintenance of existing applications.
• Optimize SAS programs and batch processes for performance.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, data engineers and other developers.
