Job summary

KPS Belgium is seeking a Senior PM to drive medium to large-scale SAP SCM & Logistics implementations, ensuring delivery excellence for premier clients in Belgium. The role emphasizes governance, resource coordination, risk management, and value realization in SAP programs.

Based in Belgium with fluency in Dutch and English, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor project teams in a fast-paced consultancy context.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP PM experience leading SCM/logistics projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile or Prince2 in SAP context.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets and translate business needs into SAP roadmaps.
• Proven stakeholder management, including C-level engagement.
• Based in Belgium with fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementations from discovery to deployment and hypercare.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for high-quality delivery and resource allocation.
• Conduct proactive risk assessments and ensure quality standards.

Who we are looking:

• PM Expertise: Several years of experience leading SAP Logistics projects with a proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle implementations as a PM.
• Methodology: Deep understanding of project management frameworks such as SAP Activate, Agile, or Prince2 in an SAP context.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while translating business needs into integrated SAP roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong presence in stakeholder engagement, capable of managing expectations at the C-level and mentoring project teams.
• Language Skills: Based in Belgium with professional fluency in Dutch and English (both required).

Your responsibilities:

• Project Governance: Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementations, overseeing all phases from discovery and design to deployment and hypercare.
• Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants and developers to ensure high-quality delivery and optimal resource allocation.
• Risk & Quality: Conduct proactive risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards.
• Financial Control: Take full ownership of project KPIs, including budget tracking, forecasting, and contract management for SCM/Logistics streams.
• Change Leadership: Facilitate steering committee meetings and workshops, driving organizational change and ensuring high user adoption.
