CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a senior SAP logistics leader to establish and head a dedicated SAP Logistics team in Belgium, with responsibility for MM/EWM projects and ongoing skills development. You will drive complex ERP initiatives, run customer workshops, and shape tailored SAP-powered solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep SAP EWM expertise (5+ years), and the ability to manage multiple projects with high travel expectations across Belgium and international clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in SAP/ERP projects with logistics focus.
• Strong consulting background and customer-facing experience.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English; willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead a SAP Logistics (EWM, MM) team in Belgium and continuously develop team members' skills.
• Lead functional roles with customers within larger ERP projects focusing on Logistics.
• Conduct customer workshops and presentations; manage presales and tailor solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; advise on SAP EWM projects.
• Mentor junior professionals and take technical responsibility for consultants.
• Lead client workshops and oversee implementation, optimization and release changes.
