Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP CRM Developer to join our client in Melle, Belgium, onsite. You will develop, test and document code per technical specs, and provide guidance to analysts. Expect debugging of ABAP-based components and managing tickets within the incident framework.

The role requires 8+ years in CRM WebUI, 6+ years in SAP NetWeaver Gateway, 5+ years ABAP including OO/WD/Z-programs, with strong SAP CRM knowledge and Agile experience. Dutch (C2) is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CRM WebUI development experience.
• 6+ years SAP NetWeaver Gateway experience.
• 5+ years ABAP development including ABAP OO, ABAP Web Dynpro, Z-programs, and user exits.
• Deep functional/technical knowledge of SAP CRM and related objects.
• Experience in the Belgian energy sector.
• Agile development experience and SAP/ABAP certification or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch at C2 level.

Responsabilités

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior SAP CRM Developer. The role involves developing, debugging, and optimizing code within a complex environment based on technical specifications and internal IT standards.

• Develop, test, and document code in the development environment based on technical specifications.
• Provide technical advice to analysts and designers regarding the feasibility of development requests.
• Perform debugging and optimization of Z-programs, user exits, and function modules to enhance system performance.
• Manage and resolve tickets according to the established incident management and support processes.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues and adhere to internal change and release management guidelines.
• Provide realistic workload estimates for development tasks to support project planning.

• You have 8+ years of experience with CRM WebUI developments.
• You bring 6+ years of experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in ABAP development, including ABAP OO, ABAP Web Dynpro, Z-programs, and user exits.
• You have deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP CRM and objects like business partners and marketing attributes.
• You have proven experience working within the Belgian energy sector.
• You bring experience with Agile development methodologies and possess an SAP/ABAP certification or equivalent experience.
• You're proactive and analytical with a high sense of responsibility and a strong focus on quality.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 6+ years of experience with OData Service CRUDQ operations.
• Experience with GenIL / BOL frameworks.
• Knowledge of Business Partner Duplicate Check and Data Cleansing.
• Experience with project or maintenance tasks on complex SAP systems.
• Experience with incident handling within a support department.
