HumanInTech is seeking an experienced SAP/ABAP developer with a strong CRM focus to work on customer service systems for a Belgian energy network operator. You will develop, test, and document ABAP-based solutions, covering portals, subsidy management, and relationship management, while supporting incident resolution and maintenance.

Required are 6–10 years in SAP ABAP development, 8+ years CRM WebUI, and Dutch language proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 6–10 years of experience in SAP/ABAP development
• Minimum 8 years in CRM WebUI development
• Minimum 6 years with SAP NetWeaver Gateway
• Experience with ABAP OO and ABAP WebDynpro
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Education with certification or equivalent SAP/ABAP experience
• Knowledge of CRM objects (business partner, contact person, roles, relationships, activities, opportunities)
• Experience developing, debugging and optimizing Z-programs and function modules
• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2)

Responsabilités

What you will do

You will develop, test and document application code for customer service systems within a Belgian energy network operator. Your work covers projects, maintenance, bug fixing and user support.

• Write, test and document code in the development environment based on technical specifications from analysts
• Provide technical advice to analysts and designers
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of requests and make realistic estimates
• Apply change and release management processes carefully
• Handle tickets as part of the incident management process
• Work on developments for customer portals, subsidy management, relationship management, green energy certificates and complaint management
• Develop on both SAP S/4 (projects) and legacy systems within SAP CRM 7 (maintenance and incident resolution)
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and transfer within the team
• Report to domain experts and designers

What we are looking for

You are an experienced SAP/ABAP developer with a strong background in CRM development and a proven track record in the Belgian energy sector.

Essential skills and experience:

• Demonstrable experience within the Belgian energy sector
• At least 5 years of experience developing ABAP-based applications
• At least 8 years of experience with CRM WebUI development
• At least 6 years of experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway
• Experience with ABAP OO and ABAP WebDynpro
• Knowledge and experience of Agile development methodology
• Education with certification or equivalent experience in SAP/ABAP programming languages and environments
• Knowledge of CRM objects such as business partner, contact person, partner roles, relationships, marketing attributes, activities and opportunities
• Experience in development, debugging and optimisation (performance improvements and problem solving) of Z-programs, user exits and function modules
• Fluent in Dutch (European CEFR level C2)

Valuable additional experience:

• Experience in projects or maintenance assignments on complex SAP systems
• Experience with Business Partner Duplicate Check and Data Cleansing
• Around 6 years of experience consuming OData Service CRUDQ operations
• Experience with GenIL / BOL
• Experience with SAP CRM developments (business partner, contact person, partner roles, relationships, marketing attributes, activities and opportunities)
• Very good knowledge of SAP CRM, both functional and technical
• Experience with incident handling within a support department

The setting
