Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Functional Solution Architect – SaaS Implementation in Belgium. You will lead end-to-end SaaS solution design, configure to meet client needs, and ensure quality across implementations.

You’ll solve complex challenges, mentor consultants, and contribute to product direction by sharing feedback and exploring AI-enabled improvements. A hybrid work model and a strong focus on quality and customer success define this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering (civil, computer science, electrical) or similar.
• 3+ years of experience implementing complex SaaS systems.
• Ability to translate business concepts into technical requirements and document solutions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Solve complex implementation challenges and ensure user-friendly solutions.
• Align customer requirements with tailored configurations and QA.
• Provide guidance to consultants and handle complex escalations.
• Communicate with clients and document new approaches for training.
• Identify process improvements and train consultants; explore AI opportunities for scalable solutions.
• Share customer feedback with product teams to influence future directions.
