bluecrux in Belgium seeks a Customer Operations Lead to establish sustainable value for customers. You will lead implementation projects and customer success teams while ensuring effective adoption of the Binocs technology.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years in management consulting or SaaS implementations, with strong people and communication skills. A competitive salary package including bonuses is offered alongside flexible working hours and remote options.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or SaaS implementations.
Strong consulting skills and the ability to lead workshops to understand customer requirements.
An analytical mindset, comfortable configuring solutions and interpreting dashboards.
Excellent people and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
First experience in people management is beneficial.
Prepared to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.

Responsabilités

Lead implementation projects and a team of consultants, managing planning and risks.
Ensure adoption and value realization after go-live, driving effective usage.
Build and develop a team of implementation and customer success colleagues.
Support presales with scoping and effort estimations.
Act as a point of escalation for customers and team members during the lifecycle.
