Job summary

Finalyse Group in Luxembourg is expanding its Risk Automation team and seeks consultants who transform manual risk processes into automated reporting. You will work with risk managers to understand metrics, identify bottlenecks, and build scalable solutions across risk data, reporting and validation.

You will collaborate with risk, business and IT stakeholders, develop dashboards, automate calculations, and contribute to long-term engagements for Luxembourg clients while growing your own

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, management sciences, economics, engineering or computer sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, risk reporting or data analytics.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and risk concepts in banking/asset management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tool.
• Experience with Alteryx is a plus.
• Experience automating AI workflows is a plus.
• Experience handling large-scale unstructured data is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
• CFA/FRM/PRM certification is a plus.
• First-hand experience with Agile ways of working is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing risk management and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and automate them.
• Designing automated calculation and reporting solutions for risk metrics from source data to final report.
• Developing standardised templates and interactive dashboards for risk managers to monitor portfolios.
• Documenting processes, calculation logic and data flows for transparency, auditable results.
• Working with risk, business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Participating in and progressively leading engagements for clients in Luxembourg.
