NVISO Security seeks a Senior Red Teamer to join our security practice in Belgium. You will drive engagements from reconnaissance to objective-focused actions, emulating attacker techniques across the kill chain in production-like environments.

The role calls for deep red-team expertise, strong English communication, and a track record of delivering tailored security improvements for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of red team engagement experience.
• Knowledge of platforms, operating systems, software, networks.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and Unified Kill Chain.
• Experience with post-exploitation using command and control frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike).
• Certifications such as CRTP/CRTE/PACES/CRTO/OSEP/OSCE.
• Strong English communication; Dutch or French desired.

Responsabilités

• Execute target-driven engagements, from non-stealth red teams to red/purple teaming and TIBER/TLPT exercises.
• From recon to action on objectives by emulating tactics, techniques, and procedures across the Kill Chain.
• Help clients in different sectors improve security posture through tailored recommendations.
• Fuse technical and non-technical skills to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Perform research and development to improve tradecraft and methodology.
• Craft payloads, execute phishing, conduct physical breaches or social engineering, and compromise critical systems in production environments.
