NVISO is a European cyber security company protecting European society from cyber threats. We are seeking a Penetration Tester Manager in Belgium to lead a team of testers, plan and execute security assessments, and deliver high-quality findings to clients.

You will drive projects, mentor colleagues, and help develop testing methodologies while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to improve security postures. Join an entrepreneurial, agile team committed to growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting security assessments and using testing tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and team members.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing security professionals; track record of growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of penetration testers to conduct security assessments.
• Plan and coordinate penetration testing activities across networks, applications and systems.
• Develop project plans, timelines and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and methodologies to enhance team effectiveness.
• Create comprehensive reports detailing vulnerabilities, risks and remediation steps.
