NVISO in Europe seeks a Senior Red Teamer to lead adversary emulation engagements across diverse clients. You'll execute red/purple team exercises from recon to objectives, crafting payloads and emulating attacker techniques to assess and improve defenses.

The role demands strong communication skills in English, with Dutch or French considered a plus. You will work within a collaborative environment that values innovation, hands-on security, and delivering measurable risk reductions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of red team experience in security engagements.
• Knowledge of the Unified Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK and adversary emulation.
• Post-exploitation using command and control frameworks such as Cobalt Strike.
• Relevant certifications (CRTP/CRTE/PACES/OSCE/OSEP) are a plus.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute targeted red team engagements, from non-stealth to purple teaming.
• Lead engagements from recon to objectives, emulating attacker techniques.
• Provide tailored security recommendations to improve prevention, detection and response.
• Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and refine tradecraft and methods through ongoing R&D.
