Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium, seeks a penetration tester to join a cell that handles testing and remediation guidance. You will lead or join red/blue team exercises, deliver web and infrastructure testing, and provide design reviews and risk-based remediation plans.

You will brief executives and technical audiences on findings, coordinating with accreditation boards and stakeholders across Belgium. Travel about ten days per year is expected; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

This role requires 3+ years of hands-on web app and IT infrastructure penetration testing experience.
Ability to perform security design reviews and advise on fixes.
Experience scripting in at least one of Perl, Python, Ruby or a shell.
Strong report writing with clear executive summaries and remediation plans.

Responsabilités

Lead or take part in red or blue team during military exercises.
Deliver web, infrastructure and application-level penetration testing.
Run security design reviews for compliance with policies.
Advise projects on security and specify required changes.
Build and sustain communication with accreditation boards and support units.
Brief executives and technical staff on findings and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders alongside the head of the cell.
