Job summary

Immodôme Holding BV in Brussels seeks a results-driven real estate dealmaker to grow the Brussels office. You will leverage your network, drive deals, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, partnering with a supportive back office and legal/marketing experts.

The ideal candidate holds BIV accreditation, has eight years of residential real estate experience in the Brussels region, and speaks Dutch, French, and English fluently.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience within a real estate agency (residential real estate).
• Strong command of Dutch and French; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, and networking.
• Conduct acquisition meetings, prepare property valuations, and finalize brokerage agreements with sellers; manage the full sales process.
• Mediate between owners and buyers to achieve the best match and close deals.
• Organise regional initiatives (architectural walks, open houses, vernissages) to strengthen Immodôme’s visibility and brand.

Your challenge: Results-oriented real estate dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset

You are the driving force behind the growth of the Immodôme office in the region of Brussels. With your energy, network and commercial flair, you increase local visibility, strengthen regional presence and actively build a strong reputation and a stable client portfolio.

Your responsibilities

• You actively seek out new opportunities. You prospect, make cold calls and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• You conduct acquisition meetings, prepare property valuations and conclude brokerage agreements with sellers. You manage the entire sales process and mediate between owners and potential buyers to achieve the perfect match.
• You organise regional initiatives, including architectural walks, open houses and residential vernissages, to strengthen Immodôme’s visibility and brand awareness.
• You can rely on a strong back office that takes care of planning and administration. In addition, our legal and marketing experts are available to help position your properties in the best possible way and support you in developing an efficient and successful sales strategy. This allows you to focus fully on sales and managing client expectations.

Profile

• Residence in the Brussels region.
• BIV accreditation.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience within a real estate agency (residential real estate).
• A strong command of both Dutch and French. You are also able to express yourself fluently in English.
