Expleo is a global engineering, technology and consulting services provider delivering RAMS expertise for transportation and railway projects in Belgium. The role focuses on conducting RAMS studies, safety cases, and leading RAMS projects with a strong emphasis on field testing and certification readiness.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with EN50129/50126 and ISO9001 standards, and mentor junior team members.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of RAMS experience (PHA, SHA, FMECA, HAZOP, FTA, safety case).
• Excellent written English; French is a plus.
• Experience with EN50129 / EN50126 / CSM suite of standards.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 quality systems.
• Proven ability to run a team and manage projects.
• Experience with EN50128, model-based systems engineering, and formal methods is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in field testing (locomotive certification, tests).
• Deep interest in green mobility, transportation and railway.
• Positive attitude with the ability to assert safety requirements when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Performing RAMS studies for our products/projects.
• Conducting RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) studies.
• Participating in the certification process and drafting safety cases.
• Leading RAMS projects and coaching team members.
• Drafting safety-related documents such as PHA, SHA, and safety cases.
