Alstom in Charleroi is seeking a RAMS Engineer (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) to support validation of traction systems and RSC safety according to CENELEC standards. You will deliver in-depth safety assessments and develop the Safety Dossier to support project milestones.

A degree in engineering in a relevant field.
Proven experience in safety.
Rigorous and reliable.
Promote teamwork and communication.
Capability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

Conduct safety assessments on new designs or modifications.
Perform RAMS analyses (FMEA, FTA) and update hazard registers.
Collaborate with project managers and System Safety and Assurance Manager to define clear objectives.
Apply appropriate safety assurance methods to the project, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Measure success through the adequacy of safety assessments, timely deliveries, and the quality of working relationships with project teams.
