PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant in Research & Development within the Pharma & Life Sciences practice. You will lead strategic advisory, optimize processes, and manage complex projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to PwC’s center of excellence. You will join a team delivering value-based healthcare solutions, with flexible hybrid work patterns and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical sciences, (health) economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience.
• 3–5 years of consultancy and/or Life Science industry experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic advising to pharmaceutical and life sciences companies and healthcare sector to enhance R&D, quality and value-based healthcare initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies in R&D and quality processes and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
• Manage and implement data-driven insights using advanced analytics and digital tools.
• Lead projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and manage risks.
• Collaborate with researchers, healthcare providers and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Support organizational change management during adoption of new R&D and quality strategies.
