PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory within the Pharma & Life Sciences team. You will join a multidisciplinary group tackling challenges across clinical development, quality, and value-based healthcare.

You’ll contribute to strategic assessments, develop recommendations, and help implement new operating models for Pharma or Biotech clients. You’ll also contribute to PwC center of excellence, support market development activities, and craft thought leadership across market

Qualifications

Master’s degree in relevant fields (biomedical sciences, health economics, engineering or business).
3–5 years of consultancy or Life Science industry experience.
Knowledge of pre-clinical regulations and quality/risk management.
Interest in trends in Life Science & Healthcare (science/data/digital).
Combine technical knowledge with consulting skills (PM, presentation, communication).
Fluent in English, and Dutch or French.
Willing to work in different environments/locations; autonomous and proactive.

Strategic advising to pharma and life sciences companies and healthcare to enhance R&D and value-based care.
Identify process improvements to optimize R&D and quality, reducing time-to-market.
Manage and implement technology innovations to improve care pathways and outcomes.
Analyze data to provide insights driving decision-making in health projects.
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Foster collaboration among researchers, providers, regulators and other stakeholders.
Support organizational change toward value-based healthcare principles.
