The RPO Company in Belgium is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join an international team focused on modernization, enhancement, and long-term evolution of business-critical applications.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will design, develop, and modernize existing applications while delivering new software solutions that support key business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient, sustainable software delivery and contribute to CI/CD improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design best practices.
• Experience modernizing and enhancing existing applications.
• Experience designing technical solutions and integrating multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of data processing, automation, and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Your Profile

You bring:

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design best practices.
• Experience modernizing and enhancing existing applications.
• Experience designing technical solutions and integrating multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with version control systems and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of data processing, automation, and data manipulation.

• Professional proficiency in both English and French.
