Your Responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the design, development, and modernization of existing applications while helping deliver new software solutions that support key business processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, maintain, and modernize Python applications.
• Contribute to the definition of technical architecture and software design.
• Build integrations between applications and third-party systems.
• Develop automated processes and data extraction, transformation, and processing solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous evolution of existing applications.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced and proactive software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design best practices.
• Experience modernizing and enhancing existing applications.
• Experience designing technical solutions and integrating multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with version control systems and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of data processing, automation, and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French.

Nice to Have

The following skills would be considered an asset:

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience working on complex enterprise applications.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
