Cegeka is seeking a senior project manager to lead client projects across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will collaborate with presales and sales to translate requirements into a clear project plan, scope, timelines, and resource allocation within budget.

You will oversee all project aspects, ensure quality and timelines, manage engineers, and mentor the team to meet client expectations. Regular on-site presence is required, with hybrid remote work, and willingness to support international projects.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with proven experience in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK and ITIL.
• Experience in at least one of our domains (Hybrid Cloud, Security or Digital Workplace).
• Strong communication with clients in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

• You will be assigned to one or multiple projects with clients
• You collaborate with presales and sales teams to translate customer requirements into a project plan and clearly defined scope, taking into account timelines, resource allocation for all activities, customer expectations, available budget and target objectives
• You oversee all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards. You are responsible for achieving project objectives (in terms of quality, budget and timeline) and provide regular reporting both internally and to the client
• You directly manage project team members (engineers) at Cegeka and monitor all project deliverables
• You ensure the motivation and development of employees assigned to the project, with the goal of meeting customer expectations in terms of service, quality and delivery timelines.

What you need to succeed:

• We are looking for a senior profile with proven experience in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK and ITIL. A structured and methodological approach is essential
• You have experience in at least one of our domains (Hybrid Cloud, Security or Digital Workplace)
• You communicate confidently with our clients in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Our client base is spread across Belgium and Luxembourg. For most projects, regular on-site presence is required, combined with remote work. Cegeka also delivers projects in other countries, so please indicate your willingness to support international projects
• We expect you to be a strong communicator, able to engage effectively with different organizations and stakeholders
• You are able to work independently, while leading and motivating the project team. You demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
• Strategic stakeholder management, including at C-level, is one of your key strengths
• You are experienced in planning and optimizing the use of available resources
• Thanks to your expertise, interpersonal skills and flexibility, you are able to build and maintain client trust
• You are available to start from the second half of the summer.
