Nalys is seeking a Senior Deputy Project Manager to lead a large-scale industrial transformation from pilot to full production. You will partner with the Project Manager, guide design, procurement, and construction, and ensure cost, schedule and risk controls across multi-disciplinary teams.

In this role you will coordinate engineers, suppliers and contractors on-site, embed HSE and ATEX standards, and drive testing, commissioning and handover to operations, while maintaining visible dashboards

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating industrial projects across design, tendering, bid evaluation and execution.
• Understanding of industrial process environments and technical installations.
• Ability to read P&IDs, layouts and electrical schematics.
• Professional English for technical and contractual exchanges.

Responsabilités

• Steer detailed design studies with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate engineering firms, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Ensure technical consistency across process, utilities, civils, HVAC, electrical, automation and HSE.
• Embed HSE, ATEX and regulatory requirements into studies.
• Contribute to tender packages and consolidate technical specs.
• Lead technical bid evaluation and negotiations with suppliers.
• Drive on-site execution and monitor schedule adherence.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Maintain project dashboards and participate in governance forums.
