Nalys is seeking a Software Technical Lead to guide real-time embedded software activities for rail projects. You will define architecture, lead development and testing, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Charleroi and Bangalore, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in embedded software within safety-critical environments, fluent in English and French, and a BAC+5 degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
5+ years of real-time embedded software development experience.
Proven experience in safety-critical environments (railway) and technical leadership.

Responsabilités

Define and shape software specifications and architectures from rail domain requirements.
Design, implement, review, and test software components with rigorous validation.
Coordinate software activities, plan delivery, and manage risks and changes.
Support continuous improvement and monitor technology developments in rail.
