• Proficiency with Jira, Open Project, and GitLab for collaboration and project tracking.
• Ability to lead heterogeneous teams and manage priorities in high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
