Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager in Belgium to lead cost and schedule control on a large-scale data centre build. You will work in a diverse, high-performance team, own project controls processes, and interface with clients and contractors.

We value 10+ years of experience in data centres or similar heavy-industry projects, strong WBS and coding knowledge, and the ability to head client meetings and deliver against performance measures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls in large-scale, complex Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
• Understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project coding structures.
• Experience in project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Confidence to head up meetings with clients.
• Must have legal right to work in Farciennes, Belgium.

Overview

As a Senior Project Controls Manager at Linesight, you’ll be part of a high-performing, culturally diverse team delivering one of Europe’s most ambitious data centre builds. The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
• Apply your wealth of cost management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
• Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have 10+ years of experience experience in project controls in large scale and complex Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial projects
• Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
• Have confidence to head up meetings with clients
• Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already)
