A leading project consulting firm in Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to play a crucial role in one of Europe’s largest data center builds. You will be responsible for evaluating data management processes, negotiating agreements, and updating partners on project status. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost and schedule management and a degree in a related field. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures.
• Experience in cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Construction-related degree or equivalent.

Overview

In this role you will:

• Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners.
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.

• Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures.
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related disciplin.
• Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already).
