Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the integrated controls function for a major hyperscale data center project in Luxembourg. The role spans pre-construction remote support to full-time site-based work in Bissen, and requires governance of schedule, cost, risk, change, and reporting.

You will establish and manage the project controls framework, develop procedures and KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Project Controls on large capital projects.
• Experience in data centers, mission critical facilities, or industrial environments is preferred.
• Experience managing integrated cost and schedule controls on projects >€100M.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement the Project Controls framework for the project.
• Develop procedures, dashboards, KPIs, and governance. Align across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead reporting to Buckingham and PMC leadership with exec-level dashboards.
